Terms and Conditions of service

Please ensure you read and understand the following terms and conditions. By requesting work from yourHRtemp you automatically accept our terms and conditions. yourHRtemp may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. A link to this page will be emailed to you when updates occur. By continuing to use the services provided by yourHRtemp, you are agreeing to the current terms and conditions to which you are bound. 

Fees for Service 

yourHRtemp charges an hourly rate for services delivered. An initial meeting between yourHRtemp and the Customer to discuss the services required will be complimentary. This meeting may be held over the phone, or in person at a location agreed upon between both parties. If the meeting is longer than 1 hour yourHRtemp will bill the client for consultation time at $50 per hour thereafter. Before commencement of any work, both parties shall agree in writing/email to an hourly rate to be charged. Work is billed in 15 minute increments, and rounded up, to the closest 15 minutes. Please note it is the Customers responsibility to provide as much information as possible on the scope of works required, and that yourHRtemp can not be held liable if work delivered is not what the Customer wanted. Any rates quoted will be for work carried out at the premises of yourHRtemp. Travel time will incur the rate quoted, as per the terms above. All stationary, telephone, postage, printing costs and any other expenses shall be listed on the yourHRtemp time sheet and billed at cost to the Customer. yourHRtemp will endevour to ensure any expenses will be fair and reasonable and in most instances gain agreement from the Customer before raising the expense. yourHRtemp invoices are raised on a weekly basis and payment terms are strictly 7 days. Late payment incurs a 10% late payment fee and can be charged at the discretion of yourHRtemp. If deemed necessary, yourHRtemp may choose to withhold services if late invoices remain unpaid. This will be at the discretion of yourHRtemp .All invoices sent to the Customer are accompanied by a detailed yourHRtemp Time Sheet. 

yourHRtemp Confidentiality Agreement 

yourHRtemp acknowledges that during the relationship with the Customer, yourHRtemp may become familiar with confidential information. yourHRtemp agrees that during the period of performing services for the Customer and subsequent thereto, yourHRtemp will not disclose to others or make use of directly or indirectly, any confidential information of the Customers. yourHRtemp will take reasonable security precautions to keep all information confidential and shall not make unauthorised copies. yourHRtemp agrees to notify the Customer immediately upon discovery of any unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential material. Likewise the Customer agrees to not disclose confidential information relating to yourHRtemp to any third party. 

Ownership of Work 

yourHRtemp acknowledges the intellectual property rights in any materials prepared by the Customer reside with the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that any intellectual property rights in any materials prepared by yourHRtemp reside with yourHRtemp. 

Tools of the Trade 

Generally yourHRtemp will provide its own equipment necessary to perform the required work. However, the Customer acknowledges that from time to time it may need to provide additional equipment in the form of hardware and/or software to complete specific tasks. yourHRtemp may make recommendations with regards to specific tools that may assist in the completion of services, and it will be up to the Customer to provide these tools if it deems them appropriate. yourHRtemp operates a Windows Based platform running standard MacAfee Security software. If the Customer has any security concerns, then the Customer agrees to provide yourHRtemp the necessary hardware and security software to complete the services required. The Customer acknowledges it must take responsibility for insuring equipment provided to yourHRtemp for the completion of services. 

Obligations of The Customer 

The Customer acknowledges that timely completion of the services provided by yourHRtemp depends on the co-operation and availability of the Customer to comply with reasonable requests from yourHRtemp.The Customer agrees to provide a point of contact that will work with yourHRtemp as and when required to complete services being delivered. The Customer acknowledges that if it is not available, then completion of services may take longer than initially discussed or agreed. The Customer agrees that all proof reading and final checking of work is the responsibility of the Customers. 

Duration of Services

In the spirit of providing flexible, temporary support, both parties agree to give each other 24 hours notice if they wish to cease the relationship. At this point, yourHRtemp will provide a final invoice. yourHRtemp will retain the Customer’s files for a period of 12 months, at which time, if the services of yourHRtemp are no longer required, yourHRtemp will return all data, notes, login details, folders etc to the Customer. The Customer may request this information be returned at any time. Return of equipment and associated materials will be at the expense of the Customer. 

Limitation of Liability 

The Customer agrees and accepts that it will not hold yourHRtemp liable for economic loss or damage and in particular (without limitation) any loss of revenue, profits, actual or potential business opportunities, customers or potential customers; with regards to the services provided by yourHRtemp
